The location was devine. Natalia, Marcelo and Julia were so kind and fun to be around. The breakfast was great and we were able to sit on a small patio on the canal each night with wine near the bar. We took the water taxi from the airport and got dropped off at the dock/ patio where we were greeted, bags taken to our room and all set to hit the ground running.

Excellent location, tucked away and quiet but only a very short walk to St Mark’s Square. Staff were very polite and helpful, rooms clean and fresh very day.

The location was great - it was a two minute walk to st Mark’s square and less than a 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room the perfect size for one person. I felt completely as a solo traveller.

good and varied buffet breakfast, lovely room with good shower, wifi and outlook, staff friendly and helpful, hotel extremely well placed with choice of restaurants around the corner and a couple of minutes from the Doge and square. Really nice bar with lovely, happy hostess. Fabulous staircase.

Superb location, 3 minutes from San Marco square, in a lovely quiet side street, no noise whatsoever at night. I had a single room which was a lovely size, would prefer a double bed but knew it was a single when I booked it! Breakfast was very good, lovely relaxed ambience in the hotel. Would very definitely stay there again if I return to Venice.

It was the second time I stayed in the hotel. I really appreciate the kindness and diligence of Betty dealing wirh the check in and offering us a change of room for a more spacious one with the same rate

The property was very old, the room looked and felt a bit old ad well. Breakfast was good and service was also good at those times. The front desk staff was a bit strong and did not feel willing to help, but I guess it was cultural and not a real problem.
